While we primarily use Open To Close as our internal transaction management system, we are fully adaptable and able to work within the platform preferred by you and your brokerage. Our team has extensive experience with a wide range of systems, including but not limited to: Dotloop, Skyslope, SISU, Follow Up Boss, Lofty, Top Producer, and HubSpot.

 

Yes, we ensure all documents and timelines align with your brokerage’s specific compliance requirements. To best support your workflow, we recommend scheduling a meeting prior to onboarding so we can fully understand and adhere to your brokerage’s compliance protocols

Yes, all of our Transaction Coordinators are licensed in the state of Michigan, which is currently the only state we serve at this time

As a licensed REALTOR® and Transaction Coordinator, I help facilitate the transaction from contract to close by managing paperwork, tracking deadlines, and ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met—without representing either party in a traditional agent-client relationship.

Not necessarily. If both parties have agreed to the terms of the sale, I can act as a neutral third party to coordinate the transaction. I do not negotiate or advocate on behalf of either side, but I ensure everything is handled professionally and in accordance with Michigan real estate laws.

Yes, as a licensed REALTOR®, I can assist in preparing standard contract forms and ensuring they are completed correctly. However, I do not offer legal advice or negotiate terms unless officially hired as your agent.

I typically charge a flat fee for FSBO transactions, which is often paid at closing. This will be discussed upfront, and I’ll provide a clear breakdown of what’s included in the service.

Yes, it is legal and ethical as long as the boundaries of the role are clear. I operate as a neutral coordinator, not as your representative, unless we’ve signed an agency agreement stating otherwise.
